Well now you can, with the Backbone Connect App – the UK’s first data centre and network monitoring iPhone app.

As a Backbone Connect customer you’ll get useful performance and status information about your network connections and data centre straight to your iPhone. Depending on which service you’re using – WAN, Internet Connection, Cloud Platform or Data Centre – you’ll be able to check on a range of critical parameters, at the touch of a button and in real time.

•Find out how much power your rack is using
•See how much traffic is crossing your internet connection or network
•Push notifications alert you about things that really matter (e.g. when 90% of your available bandwidth is being used) so you can take action before problems even occur
•You’ll even get a live camera feed of your data centre
